Alongside our modern new look, we’ve been working in close collaboration with Executive Chef Francesco Gotti, who represents Italy as part of their four-man National Cookery Team.
Together we have revisited our menus and elevated our culinary offer by focusing upon the very best dishes Italy has to offer.
Watch out for special events with Francesco, because when he’s not traveling the world promoting the very best of Italian Cuisine, he regularly appears at Bollicini to host Italian banqueting evenings.
